《2018 員工教育訓練暫停電話預訂及客戶服務》
           網路訂位不受影響

適逢員工教育訓練 電話預訂、客戶服務 調整如下:

4/22(日)4/23(一) 共2天暫停服務,4/24(二) 10:00 恢復正常服務。
獨家方案 及 電子票券系統員工教育訓練期間正常寄送 (已完成付款的訂單)。

員工教育訓練期間申請網路訂位取消,請於官網/APP會員專區辦理取消 (取消時限皆有不同,請務必參閱各餐廳 EZTABLE 獨家方案「注意事項」)。退款 將於恢復上班日後,依案件申請順序處理,敬請稍候。

《 2018 Employee training - Office Closure Announcement 》
             Online booking will continue in service                            

Customer service and reservation hotline service hours will be adjusted as below:

Services are temporarily suspended during 22 Apr (Sun) - 23 Apr (Mon), total 2 days of office closure. We will resume our services from 24 Apr (Tue) 10:00.

Exclusive Offers and e-vouchers will continue in service during Employee training (for transactions with completed payment) in the meantime.
